Pool-building

Our wide experience has allowed us to establish work protocols adjusted to the level of quality demanded by the sector, that’s why our team takes care of analyzing everything carefully, from the space where the project will be set up to the finish, as well as the refurbishing of pools. Works with different materials from the gunite concrete to natural finish with sand. Our work logistics takes into account the following steps:

- Reviewing our catalog or the book of finished jobs

Where we have a wide array of forms and finishes. After a careful evaluation we suggest the appropiate materials for each case, always taking into account your ideas. After that, we proceed to measure, according to the characteristics of the place. At the beginning we elaborate a sketch of the pool and its environment, finally, we draw up the budget. Once the budget is approved we schedule the calendar to carry out the work.

- Excavation work

It is carried out following the guidelines in the “excavation plan” that our technical department will draw up and will be given to you.

- Bed of gravel

When the excavation is finished a bed of gravel will be placed in the floor in order to outline the pool’s bottom.

- Walls

Then we proceed to erect the walls with blocks of concrete which allows us to give shape to the pool.

- Placement of iron

An electro-welded steel net of 15x15x15 mm will be placed throughout the inside of the base. After that we put 10 mm corrugated steel rods every 30 cm crosswise and longitudinally in order for it to remain as a second net after the previous one. We also carry out the placement of 4 perimeter rings that will reinforce the walls.

- Guniting

Application of concrete with high-pressure leaving 15 cm of thickness in the walls and 20 cm throughout the pool’s floor. That way we guarantee the resistance and tightness of the pool.

- Plumbing till the cabin

We carry out the connection of all the purifying accesories (skimmer, suction nozzle, drain, etc.) with all the pipe system that connects the pool. Finally we start up the pool giving all the explanations to run it properly.

One of the most creative phases of the process that stands out through the materials. Nowadays there are a lot of textures and colours among which we could highlight the following:

A material with great strenght and sobriety. We have pieces of big sizes, used in the inside of the pool as well as the upper edge and terraces and the rest of outdoors locations.
